By the end of this workshop curriculum, you will be able to:

• Decide with clarity whether professional domination is truly for you.
   
• Define your red lines and potential service niches.
   
• Draft a first operations plan: pricing, deposits, screening, safety.
   
• Understand your risks – from physical to psychological, legal to financial.
   
• Design your pathway forward: into Part 3 (hands-on training), 1:1 mentoring, or your own independent practice.
   

You will leave with templates, checklists, and insider resources to start shaping your practice immediately.

Duration: 4 hours + 30-minute break

Part 1 is all about understanding what it truly means to become a Professional Dominus or Domina – before taking the leap.
It focuses on knowledge, preparation, and self-assessment.

You will learn to:

• Reality Check: Discover what professional domination really demands in time, energy, emotional balance, and resilience.
   
• Legal and Administrative Steps: Understand the differences between independent registration, tax status, and what it means to legally work in Germany or abroad.
   
• Self-Assessment: Evaluate your strengths, limits, and ethical compass – are you ready to work with real clients, not play partners?
   
• Infrastructure and Preparation: Learn what is required before you can offer your first professional session – from hygiene to safety protocols, insurance, consent documentation, and client intake systems.
   
• Boundary and Risk Awareness: Clarify what you will and will not offer, and how to communicate that professionally.
   
• Peer and Support Networks: How to connect with trusted colleagues, mentors, and advocacy organisations such as BesD e.V.
   

By the end of Part 1, you will have a concrete overview of everything that must be in place before you start earning money – and the insight to decide whether this path is truly yours.

Duration: 4 hours + 30-minute break

Part 2 begins once you have decided to move forward. It focuses on creating, sustaining, and refining your professional practice.

You will learn to:

• Financial Planning & Funding: How to bridge the first months before stable income, manage taxes, and build realistic budgets.
   
• Marketing & Brand Positioning: Define your niche, attract compatible clients, and stay compliant with platform policies and local laws.
   
• Session Design: Plan and structure sessions that are ethical, immersive, and aligned with your persona and boundaries.
   
• Client Management: From booking and screening to communication, aftercare, and follow-up – the full client journey.
   
• Studio & Equipment Logistics: How to manage space, gear, hygiene, and maintenance at a professional level.
   
• Post-Session Work: Documentation, reflection, emotional decompression, and continuous skill improvement.
   
• Sustainability & Growth: Prevent burnout, maintain boundaries, and build a reputation that lasts.
   

Part 2 is hands-on in mindset, though still discussion-based – bridging theory and real-world practice. Participants completing both parts will have a practical roadmap for entering professional BDSM with clarity, ethics, and confidence.

• Duration: 4.5 hours (including a 30-minute coffee break)
   
• Format: Group seminar (5–8 participants) – hands-off theory only
   
• Languages: One workshop group in English, one in German
   
• Location: Discreet central Berlin venue (details provided after confirmation)
   
• Schedule: The workshop dates will be set once 4 participants have signed up.
